“With over two decades in the food service industry, seven of which were specifically in the meal prep niche, starting my own business in September 2022 was a dream come true. 

Through my own fitness journey, losing over 100 pounds and giving up alcohol and cigarettes, I had already inspired a small local community and became committed to helping others achieve their health and wellness goals.

Gainz and Shreds Meal Prep has evolved and grown significantly since its founding. With my core team, including the addition of a strategic partner in marketing and business operations, we are poised to continue growing, and most importantly, support more of the Bay Area with health and fitness.”​

“Similar to Dru, my own fitness journey and life challenges instilled my personal mission to support others. Throughout my early adult years, I kept a full-time career in marketing and communications. At the same time, my passion for bodybuilding launched my career as an NPC Bikini competitor and kickstarted my part-time coaching business.  Understanding nutrition, especially macronutrients, was life-changing —  I wanted to give others the same power to transform their own health.

Having known Dru through the local fitness community for several years, in September 2022 he asked me to join Gainz and Shreds Meal Prep as the first sponsored athlete.
