  • DYNAMIC MACRO CALCULATOR: If you’re building a custom single meal, you can enjoy our handy online macro calculator by plugging in your choices of protein, flavor, carb, and veggies. You can access the calculator from any page of our website using the button on the top-right hand side of the header, or on this page.

  • MYFITNESSPAL: The majority of our menu, including specialty dishes, proteins, flavors, breakfasts, wraps, sandwiches, salads, and more, is in one of the most popular tracking tools, MyFitnessPal (MFP). You can use the MFP app on your phone or in a browser on your computer.

  • MACRONUTRIENT LOG: This document also houses the macronutrient information, along with  fiber and sugar, for the majority of foods you can purchase from Gainz & Shreds Meal Prep.

Because we are a small business with an extensive (and growing!) menu, it’s challenging to  maintain our macronutrient information database! We have one person who does all this while juggling many other responsibilities, including serving you, our wonderful FitFam Community. The nutritional information provided on this page is meticulously calculated based on precise portion sizes and specific cooking methods to ensure accuracy. Our commitment is to offer reliable macros based on the actual weight and cook type of each ingredient.

However, please be aware that while we make every effort to maintain consistency, there may be slight variations in portion sizes, potentially up to 0.5 ounces. These discrepancies can occur due to human error in the portioning process and are within an acceptable range of accuracy for nutritional calculations. Note that for all meals, proteins are weighed by the ounce, and all other ingredients are measured in cups, tablespoons, etc. unless specifically requested in the notes section of your order. Our in-house health and fitness coach is available to hire for specific guidance on your macronutrient / portion needs.
