  • ¿Cómo agrego una nueva pregunta y respuesta?
    Para agregar una nueva pregunta frecuente, siga estos pasos: 1. Haga clic en el botón "Administrar preguntas frecuentes 2. Desde el panel de su sitio puede agregar, editar y administrar todas sus preguntas y respuestas 3. Cada pregunta y respuesta debe agregarse a una categoría 4. Guardar y publicar.
  • Do you deliver? If so, how far?
    Yes, we are proud to offer a 1 hour and 45 minute turnaround time for delivery orders! We currently deliver to the following cities: San Jose, Morgan Hill, San Martin, Gilroy, Milpitas, Fremont, Newark, Union City, Hayward, Mountain View, Los Altos, Palo Alto, Menlo Park, West Menlo Park, Atherton, Redwood City, San Carlos, Belmont, Foster City, South San Francisco, and San Mateo.
  • Can I get my food the same day I order? Or do I have to wait until Monday (or another specific day), like most meal prep services?
    Yes! We are proud to offer the fastest order fulfillment times of all Bay Area meal prep companies. Order your meals to pick up in as few as 2 hours, or to be delivered within 3 hours. You may also schedule pickup or delivery in advance. (We always encourage planning ahead to set yourself up for success!)
  • ¿Cómo edito o elimino el título "FAQ"?
    Puede editar el título desde la pestaña Configuración de la aplicación. Si no desea mostrar el título, simplemente deshabilite el título en "Información para mostrar".
  • Do you use oil or butter in dishes?
    We do not use any butter or oils. Gainz and Shreds is proud to offer an extensive menu that is both delicious AND nutritious. If you have any special cooking requests, please share them with us in the notes section when placing your order. Our team of chefs will always do their best to accommodate you, and remains committed to supporting health and wellness in our Bay Area community.
  • How long will my meals last in the refrigerator? Can I freeze t hem if I can't eat them right away?
    Most Gainz and Shreds meals should be enjoyed within 4-5 days of being refrigerated. If you can't eat them by then, yes! We encourage to freeze your meals to preserve their freshness. Defrost them in the fridge overnight prior to reheating and enjoy!
  • Do you offer subscriptions?
    Yes! We offer a variety of subscription plans to fit your needs. You can choose from our 4-week Bronze, Silver, or Gold subscriptions. Subscribing will save you time and money, compared to ordering meals individually. Check out our subscription plans by visiting this section of our menu. Use the right-hand menu navigation on our website, click "Order Online," and use the menu dropdown to navigate to our subscription packages.
  • I want one of your chicken (or other) meal packages, but can I customize the proteins?
    If you'd like to customize one of the meal packages (e.g. a mix of chicken breast and thighs, or a mix of different proteins), please add your detailed request in the NOTES section of your order. Our chefs will do their best to accommodate and will reach out to you if they have any questions before preparing your meals. We also have protein-combo packages available, with your choice of carbs and veggies.
  • ¿Puedo insertar una imagen, video o gif en mis preguntas frecuentes?
