Ab workouts SUCK! 😵‍💫🥴 But at least you can do them at home! Check out these seven killer bodyweight core exercises and don’t come for me when your abs are on fire. 🔥 🥵 ☠️

1️⃣ Mountain 🏔  climbers 🧗‍♀️ 

2️⃣ V-Ups (on a platform or bench)

3️⃣ V-Ups (floor)

4️⃣ Cocoon crunches 

5️⃣ Alternating 🔀 leg 🦵🏽 raises 

6️⃣ Pikes

7️⃣ Flutter kick style alternating 🔀 leg 🦵🏽 raises

👉🏽Notice that  most of these movements are done SLOWLY. 🐌  Your core is a muscle too. Slow down and focus on the contraction to make the most of the exercise.


👉🏽 Note the small range of motion (ROM), especially for crunch -style movements. This is to focus on your lower abdomen.
